Since its inception, MDV has successfully provided residential developments in various sectors of the property market, ranging from affordable housing for the lower end of the bonded market to serviced stands, completed sectional title units for the middle-income market, and completed units for the higher-end market.
All aspects of property development, including the purchase, rezoning, and servicing of raw land to the construction of top structures, are undertaken by MDV. The management team consists of well-qualified and experienced players, supported closely by a group of well-known and respected professionals such as attorneys, town planners, quantity surveyors, and engineers.
Although various building contractors are accredited with MDV, only financially stable contractors with the ability to build to the high standards and timeframes set by MDV are utilised.
